  Our job was a bit tricky but they came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote to sort it out. The next available dry day, they did the job. They were quick, efficient and tidy. When they were finished, they showed us and explained what they had done. You don't pay until the work is done to your satisfaction. All good. Highly recommended
