  I asked Cliff to install a blind for a skylight window, which is located at a hard to reach location above the staircase. He brought two ladders and took the risk to climb up at this awkward position, installed it efficiently and everything worked well. Friendly, good communication and reliable.

  Satisfactory job but a bit careless

  I booked a EICR check and it was done yesterday. Onardo did a thorough check through all sockets and offered to help to change the bathroom light to fit the regulation requirement for an extra fee. He did a good job on all that, but forgot to plug the oven's wire back in before leaving. For that, he is a bit careless. I had to pull out the oven to plug it in by myself.

  Professional and good communication

  Alex is always professional and helpful. He helped me to service the boiler and performed gas safety check every year. Recently, the radiators keep heating even when the thermostat is off. He identified the problem and helped us to replace a faulty motorised valve. All done quickly and professionally, and he explained it very well that a layman could understand.

  Jamie is professional, on time and helpful. My home's circuit breaker keeps tripping recently. Jamie came and helped me to identify any problems and explained how the RCD works.
