  Good quality work, worked efficiently. My only criticism was the bad language between the two fitters, children walking past going to school and I could hear bad language. It wouldn’t normally bother me but when small children are walking past maybe be aware of the language being spoken

  Well what can I say about falcon property maintenance.. a 1st class company, reliable, reasonable price and most of all puts customer service before anything else. Absolutely fantastic. Cannot speak highly of Paul and the team, needed a roof tile replaced, went above and beyond to replace this and didn’t charge as had other work done previously. Did some other work on my roof and guttering previously, work was to a high standard, pictures taken to ensure work done as explained. Genuine, honest company. Would not go anywhere else if issues with roof etc. 10/10 from start to finish.

  Gutter repair and cleaning

  Notice part of my guttering leaking, Paul rang me the same day as I put my request on check a trade, and from start to finish had been the upmost professional, honest and upfront with cost and the job involved. Completed job today, pictures taken throughout process. 10 out of 10. Cannot fault Falcon property maintenance limited, would highly recommend.
