    Replacement of front bay bedroom window and bathroom window

    Excellent service. We were very satisfied with the efficient service we received from the fitters Rich and Steve. We were impressed with the speed in which they worked and how tidy they were. We will certainly recommend Carera Windows Ltd to anyone who is looking to have their windows replaced. The company will also be our first choice, should the need ever arise that we need any other windows replaced

    We were really pleased with Carera windows It was an excellent job. All staff we met or spoke to were helpful and honest and everything went smoothly from ordering to fitting.     Outstanding from start to finish. Ian was really helpful with the quote - no pushy sales at all. The lads came in and fitted the doors and window nice and quickly, made everything good and left the place tidy.

    Had windows, doors and patio doors fitted by Carera. The whole experience from quote to fitting was excellent. The quality is great and reasonably priced. The fitting team were very professional and left everything clean and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    New conservatory

    Totally professional job from start to finish. The building team that built the base and wall, the fitting team and the electrician were all exemplary. The conservatory itself was built to a very high standard and the rosewood finish matched our existing window as did the brickwork on the dwarf wall match the house. Can't honestly say a bad word about them. They even fixed a couple of broken hinges on our existing windows for free.

    After experiencing 3 cancellations and waiting for over four months with no new fitting date (a plethora of excuses and lies and refusal to allow me to cancel), I'd had enough and cancelled the order. I would not recommend this company

    Installation of 6 Doors and French Doors

    The Contract stated 3days. After12 weeks of numerous complaints/mistakes/negotiating the house returned to some sort of normality. Without curtains/blinds together with carpets, furniture covered for 12weeks. Damage to units/parts of units/glass all replaced. Damage to property. Fitters have no knowledge of this. The fitter Gary did admit to damaging one of the areas in question. Inconsiderate fitters. Numerous written issues sent to company. No written acknowledgement or response. Customer having to do all the contacting. Very unprofessional. Customer never right. A dreadful experience.

    Fitter ( Gary) was on time, he was polite friendly and more importantly was extremely professional at his craft. He finished the job in the time specified, having made a first class job of it, then tidied up any mess he had made. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its staff. Mr and Mrs J.
