2.67 Squeaky floor boards

Very frustrated about this. When I approached this trader I specifically said I wanted to FIX the squeaky floor boards. This was fixed in two bedrooms but was left even louder in the living room. I kept asking the “manager” to please have a look and see what else can be done- he said nothing can be done… so I ended with a nice looking very loud floor. At the end the person that did the job told me that the joists could’ve been fixed but at the beginning of the job but I didn’t ask for that specifically- as if I knew how to fix the floor myself! If I knew, I would’ve done it myself!!!!Job location: W12
