  New Trap and gully lined

  New Trap fitted and Gully lined, tree roots removed. Checked all the Gully with cctv and suggested I consider the other half at another time. Also mentioned my toilet appeared to be leaking... it was, I had never thought to check! So whilst that's another urgent job I am grateful for them telling me! Anthony called as soon as my quote was submitted and signposted what to look for when getting quotes and what equipment would be needed. Ross and Ryan came the following day to quote and I asked them to do the gully there and then. I would highly recommend, job finished and concrete colour matched nicely now the sun has dried it.

  Prompt arrival with communication before hand. Within 15 mins camera down inspection drain cover, problem confirm, quote provided and I asked them to proceed there and then. Other suggestions given for future consideration. Signposted my toilet may be leaking as seal gone... they were correct, I had never noticed and likely wouldn't have done either! Work carried out to a high standard, concrete colour matched. Before hand, Anthony had provide advice on how different companies provide quotes and hide additional costs . .. so I know that for future. Thanks Ross and Ryan for the job being done in this heat!
