Replaced 2 locks
Joe was very responsive and came the morning after we called him (it was late afternoon and he was not in London). He discussed the various options and costs, and very quickly and efficiently sourced the new yale lock, which was great as we were due to go away that afternoon and wanted to ensure our property was secured. Unfortunately it wasnt possible to replace the chubb on that day as he didnt have the spot welder, so we agreed on him returning on the Monday to do the work. Changed Locks On Multiple internal/External Doors On Commercial Site.
Found the work to be of a very high quality. It was so easy as all the materials were sourced by him and he knew exactly what needed to be done, especially on some of the external doors which needed improvisation to make it work. Work was carried out very professionally taking all matters into consideration. Have used the company many times now and am so confident that they now maintain our whole site.
