Had a problem in my bathroom.
10Verified ReviewI was very impressed with the speed at which my leaking toilet cistern was dealt with. I was replacing vinyl flooring and found a leak in the toilet inflow pipe, I explained I was having new floor covering due to be fitted Shaun had someone to deal with my problem within a couple of hours. The inflow fittings had been cross threaded and needed a new ball cock fitting, all dealt with in a timely fashion. Many thanks. (This may also have unknowingly also fixed a damp problem in the room below) Great service and reasonably priced.

10Verified ReviewNew washing machine was not filling up, so not sure it was plumbed in correctly. Spoke to Shaun, who asked me to describe the connections and send him photos which is what I did. Shaun said that the blue lever was in the wrong position, which is why water was not flowing in. I adjusted the lever and hey presto the machine started filling up. Shaun was very patient and ultimately saved me a call out fee. Very grateful to him and would not hesitate to recommend. Cheers Shaun.

10Verified ReviewOur new washing machine appeared ready to be used ie lights were on and noises were made. However, no water was coming in and the drum would not revolve. Spoke to Shaun who asked me to send him some photos and he advised me that the blue lever was in the wrong position. I changed the position on the lever and the machine started to take in water. Shaun was great and was good humoured throughout. I would definitely call Shaun for any future plumbing problems, although he might hope that I don’t lol!

Great price, the job has been finished to a high standard and the engineer was very professional, but more importantly friendly. I asked if the system needed flushing and he told me that it wasn't needed. So a big tick in the box. I would not hesitate to recommend them to you for your plumbing job.
