    CCTV drainage survey was required for possible extension, Alan arrived on time & date agreed, initially quoted for survey , however after he realised there are possibly no pipes or access where the side land was, he dramatically reduced our bill , he was very honest and great help.

    Alan was excellent. Lovely manner, diligent in his work and clearly worked through the problems He came round the same day to investigate my regularly blocked kitchen sink which a plumber had part explored that morning. His suspicions were right and lifting two manholes showed multiple long-term drain blockages. Alan cleared them with jetting over 3 hours (there was a lot of gunk!), working in heavy rain but always with a smile/clear communication. Then checked all 3 drains with CCTV at the end. Would heartily recommend.
