10I've used 1st Avenue a few times now, and am always impressed with their service and expertise. I recently had my boiler replaced by Ed and Tim, who, from start to finish were both professional and friendly, making the whole process incredibly smooth. They arrived on time and got straight to work, completing the replacement quickly without any issues, and sharing their knowledgeable expertise along the way. Not only did they do an excellent job with the installation, but they also left my kitchen as tidy as they found it. I would highly recommend 1st Avenue to anyone.

The moved radiators and sunken pipes were done really well, making the plastering easier. Boiler was sized up to the requirements of house and they also bricked up the previous gas exit hole, with similar bricks to the house
