Prompt and helpful service
Heating element in oven broke. I called 1st Call and they were here in half an hour and, although my oven is 35 years old with official spare parts unobtainable, he managed to find one that was similar enough to work. Washing wasn’t draining so the drainage pump was replaced
The company did everything they said they would do. Arrived within the time frame, engineer got straight to work, knew exactly what to do without a second thought and very professional all through out his time there.
