I locked myself in the bathroom, after the door lock failed.
Given the earliest time they could get someone to visit was 1.5 hours and I was locked in my bathroom, they kindly gave me advice over the phone. I sent them a picture of the lock from my phone and they told me what to do and remarkably I freed myself. And they did not charge for this assistance, so very appreciative and first rate service.
Replace lock barrel on front door
The lock on our front door was sticking and we were unable to turn the key to lock or unlock the door properly. Lenny arrived at the time we agreed and after checking what the issue was he then explained to us what needed doing. The door lock is now working correctly. I was locked outside my house and a Locksmiths skills was required in order to open our front door.
I want to give a massive thank you to Lenny (recommended by a work friend) who came to our rescue when we were locked out of our house. Lenny also stopped us getting us ripped off by another locksmith (found on Google) who took advantage of our desperation and wanted to charge us hundreds of pounds for something that wasn’t even necessary. Lenny was very kind, honest and professional. Thank you for stepping in at the 11th hour!
