Rude and unprofessional
Please do not call this company. On the phone, they say a price when they come to fix the problem they overcharge you without doing any job. The plumber didn't know how to stop the water from the main switcher. They are rude and unprofessional.Verified reviewerJob location: E173 Electrician

Changed spur socket

Shower leak. Water escaping through kitchen below
I originally phoned around numbers given by this website - thank you - some non-committal responses - understandable. Phoned 24-7 Plumbing, answered phone promptly, stated that he would come after another job. He kept in contact with me, letting me know possible arrival time. He turned up as promised. Assessed the job and fixed the problem within one hour. Good communication and very helpful. Fix leaking shower
I'm down £110 and my shower is still leaking. They replaced the shower head/hose without verifying where the leak came from then claimed it was fixed and attempted to convince me that the dripping was leftover water in the shower head. After 5 minutes they were forced to admit that it was still leaking. They then said it would require changing the whole shower valve, quoted me 4h work + breaking down wall! I found online all it takes is replacing the cartridge (10 min job). Very unprofessional. Update: they refunded me HALF of their fee. I responded to the job as the client ask me to change shower head & house she had different problems with shower mixer I don’t change shower mixer I told to get another tradesmen I change her £30 for material & £40 for labour.
