Refit pipework and refit toilet total. Cost £320
Paid £20 in adv as appointment security, but billed to check pre fitted macerator. Had to pay £100 b4 start of work. Pipework was cleared and refitted. Was told to buy a new toilet for next day fitting due to a crack by the bolt hole and top could not be bolted. He insisted balance £200 by the evening and to put the toilet in the flat b4 7.30 a.M. For early start. Two new people came with coffee without tools. Angry women issues were made and the work not done, bathroom left unoperational. Fix part to shower
We had Clayton as our plumber for our shower, he told us that a specific part wasn’t working - he made us buy a part for over £200 and he replaced it. The shower still did not work. He then stated we needed a second part for £180. Then he said that we needed to send him that money alongside the deposit to him so he can get the part and carry out the rest of the work, which would take him all day. He never contacted us again after we said we would pay him cash. We got a second plumber and he took 15 minutes to unblock hair from the shower. We didn’t need to order the first part. Cleared blocked main drain
