Re-grouting and sealing around bath
The work was carried out on a rented property which I own near Ayr. This was organised by the rental management company . I was shocked to receive a bill for £285.60 for 3.5 hours work equating to £68 / hours. I find this amount extortionate! I saw it beforehand and there was certainly not much to do, it is a small bathroom. I have not visited since the work was carried out as there is now a tenant living in the property. Full Flat Renovation
