    Spoke to Paul from APM this morning. Explained that my oven wasn’t working. He told me what the problem was likely to be. He came when he said he would and fixed my oven . Amazing service!

    Contacted APM first thing in the morning and given quote over phone for suspected blown heat element. Paul came that afternoon and fixed it under 30mins. Very quick and efficient service. Would definitely recommend to others.

  • Neff double oven, main oven not working.

    Oven had tripped the circuit breaker, so no main oven. Phoned APM AT 8.10 am, they said would arrive 9.30 - 11. Arrived at 10.15 - by 10.30 cooker was fixed (main oven element had blown). Engineer had the part, plus bulb for oven light, which had also blown. All fitted and tested without any fuss. Brilliant service 10 out of 10 !

    Paul diagnosed the problem over the phone and quoted a price. He arrived on time and was polite and efficient. His diagnosis (of a failed heating element) proved to be correct and because he arrived with a a suitable replacement element the job was done right away and very quickly. Great service. I highly recommend him.

    Super friendly and knowledgable. From the initial reach out and description of the issue, I was called back in the hour. Really flexible in when they could come and see me which I really appreciated. No boligation quote after checking our oven and was fixed within about 20 mins. Really polite, friendly and did a cracking job. I highly reccomend these guys.

Hi, my name is Paul, APM was established by me in 1993 & previous to this I trained as a Bosch engineer.  We are a family run business specialising in Bosch, Neff & Siemens washing machine & dishwasher repairs & all makes of electric cooker & electric oven repairs.  We cover all areas of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex & East & North London.  We always, try, where possible, to offer a same day service.  We give free estimates & free fault diagnosis.  We will also beat any other (proven) quote.  Most repairs can be completed on the first visit, as our vans carry a huge stock and we have spare part contracts with most leading manufacturers. Phone quotations & advice are welcomed.  Over the years we have had fabulous feedback & reviews & have many returning customers & recommendations. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, efficient, reliable & trustworthy company. If your appliance has broken down, we look forward to hearing from you
