    Cracks in rear wall, Ace wall ties attended very promptly explained exactly what was required (and more importantly what wasn't required). Provided very competitive quote and booked work in. Great communication and work completed efficiently and tidily. Would not hesitate to recommend.

    We asked for a quote to repair cracks in a brick arch lintel. Lee visited promptly and provided a very reasonable quote to rectify the matter with heli bars within a couple of days. We decided on a different method of getting the job done and asked Lee if we owed anything for the time he spent on visiting us and quoting. He very kindly replied "No problem". We were impressed with Lee's friendly, uncomplicated manner and, although we didn't use his services this time, will contact Ace Wallties for future jobs.

    A surveyor recommended that I approach Ace Wall Ties Ltd for replacement wall ties and attention to a couple of damp areas. Lee was great and came very quickly to provide a report and very competitive quote. Two nice chaps carried out the work very professionally and also removed the wet insulation in the two suspect cavities. Very satisfied and highly recommended. You won’t go wrong with these guys.

    We asked Lee to come and look at the side of our Victorian terraced house which has a bow in the wall. He visited within a week and reassured us that the wall ties had been previously replaced and were in good condition. Lee and the team were friendly, polite, and punctual and offered us reassurance for free. I would not hesitate to use their services again in our next house.

    My Homebuyer survey noted concern with horizontal cracking in the external brickwork, consistent with either cavity wall tie corrosion or corrosion of original window fixings accidentally left in situ. I contacted Ace Wall Ties and Lee responded same day with helpful advice over the phone and an offer to arrange access via the Agent and survey. A report promptly arrived by email reassuring me the wall ties were OK and it was left in window fittings causing only cosmetic damage, not structural. He provided a very fair quote to remove and repoint. So refreshing to receive this level of service.
