We agreed a price and a date to do the work but, without any warning, he failed to turn up on the day, despite me sending a reminder the day before. Firstly I would like to apologise for the lack of communication in regards to installing a roof light for you. At the time in question I was very unwell with Covid. When you first contacted me, I responded very quickly and came to see you the same day, I inspected your roof and did a temporary repair free of charge, which you seemed very happy with. I feel for the reasons already outlined that your review is a little harsh. I wish you all the best for the future and hope you get the roof light issue resolved.

Antony was in constant contact with me through out the whole process, explaining everything in great detail. Antony was polite and punctual and his attention to detail was very good. His workmanship was fantastic and the price quoted and charged was very good value for money.
