10Verified ReviewI accidentally cracked the radiator valve below the union joint which meant the whole system had to be drained. Ash was excellent at helping me to stop the leak, came round first thing and put a new valve on so that we could switch the water back on and have hot water. As the system was drained (my own fault) all the debris caused a few more issues that meant that a power flush and new valves were needed. Ash kept me up to date the whole way, and the team were determined to make sure we had running water and hot water at all times. Happy to report the system is now working better than before.
Location: SO51Emergency call out to replace a ballcock to the main water tank
10Sunday evening and the ballcock to the main water tank failed. Mr Jupe obtained a replacement and Ryan arrived to fit it. All done within about 2 hours start to finish. Well presented company, clean and polite could not have asked for better Well recommended.
