Asset lofts has built a solid reputation over twenty years. We specialise in all types of loft but have evolved over those years to now be more than just a loft company. We now have multiple project managed teams and are rebranding to Asset design and build. We have our own design team, and we can design and build extensions, garage conversions, kitchens, and most other large build projects everything from inception to completion.

Kitchen refurbishment
First and foremost I would like to say a huge thank you to Terry and his team at Assest lofts. Having spent 2 years searching for a company to renovate my kitchen, with no joy, I was recommended by a friend to try Asset Lofts. I contacted Terry who was very helpful and almost immediately sent someone to look at my kitchen and discuss my ideas and within days they came up with a design which suited me perfectly and in budget. I couldn’t have been happier. They took my ideas and made them a reality. I would not hesitate to recommend Asset Lofts. Thank you Terry and your team.
Dormer Loft Conversion
Forced to leave a less than positive review following the somewhat dismissive response to my concerns about substantial cracks appearing around the house since the conversion. Despite the fact that the loft is guaranteed for 10 years, my concerns regarding the cracks, which it was agreed appear to be more than settlement cracks, have been dismissed. I was warned to expect to see faint cracks appearing for up to 6 months after the work and have no issue with this. However it is now almost 4 years on and the cracks seem to keep on coming. I'm told to just get a painter/decorator in!
Single-storey extension, conversion of garage to living space
Thorough professionals and very reliable. We work full time and needed someone who would get on with the job and not need micromanagement. Dust and disruption were kept to a minimum. Almost all tradesmen were professional. Wes was a pleasure. The project was finished almost on time and within the quote provided. Would certainly recommend them highly and without reservation
Designed and built our single storey rear extension
Asset Lofts were excellent. From the outset they demonstrated they were a professional company. Terry and Charlie provided their company's credentials and references and gave us a competitive and detailed quote. Asset offered a complete service from design, to gaining planning permission, right through to completing the build. Crucially, they provided a dedicated team for our job. Wes and co were a pleasure to have on site. Friendly, always polite and communicative, they gave advice, provided excellent workmanship, with no question or problem to big or small. I would gladly recommend them.

Loft conversion and new bathroom
John and the team were brilliant. We have a loft room with en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe and it’s far greater than anything we could have imagined. Asset Loft are great and I would recommend them hands down over anyone else. They are very professional, friendly and quick to overcome issues and provide solutions to things.
