Aston Cord were very responsive when I rang them, and made a real effort to provide their professionals at a day and time that worked for me. They also co-ordinated the radiator supply with the boiler service, so that the hot water system only needed to be drained down once. They also explained exactly what tasks they were going to perform, in a way that a layman could understand. I was very impressed by their thoroughness, tidiness and courtesy.
