Designed and installed new Central Heating System

Replacement of our old and tired Warm Air System with a new Boiler, radiators, and pipework. Richard quickly understood our brief and took the time to answer all our questions, helping to put us at ease with regards to switching from Warm Air to Radiators. Installation was carried out by Joel and Paul who were both professional and friendly from start to finish. Correspondence was always timely and clear. Excellent job all round and would not hesitate to call on them again.

Removing a bath and installing a new one

Hot water was running hot then cold, or just luke warm. A new part was required for the boiler.

East Berkshire office staff were professional and friendly. Good communication throughout from the first visit to diagnose, until the visit to replace the part. Paul was the engineer who made both visits and he was excellent, explaining what was required and why. The repair was at my Mum's apartment and she has mild Dementia. Paul was so good with my Mum, she felt really comfortable during both visits. I highly recommend this company.
