• Unblocking sink, caused by blocked stackpipe

  I had become pretty desperate and glad I called Blockbusters, the two guys who came on Saturday yesterday were brilliant. They worked for 2 hours solid clearing the blocked stackpipe. I had dirty smelly water backed up in the kitchen sink and have had to do the washing up in my bath. They cleared up very well once the job was finished. I would highly recommend them.

  On phoning Blockbuster, the lady told me charges, which were very reasonable and gave me an approx time of engineer visit. Sam, their engineer kept me informed of his estimated time of arrival. Sam soon identified the problem and explained how he'd clear the blockage. Having cleared the blockage, Sam thoroughly cleaned and disinfected my bath and toilet. Throughout, Sam was very friendly, polite, professional and informative. I would thoroughly recommend Sam and Blockbuster. Excellent service.

  Excellent service. BlockBusters were able to get an engineer (James) to us within an hour and, although not an easy job on account of the depth of the sewer, James managed to get the blockage cleared and the whole affected area washed down and disinfected within an hour of his arrival. We were extremely impressed with James - who worked very hard to get everything done within an hour, including going above and beyond in skilfully fishing out the object causing the blockage from quite a height (for which we would otherwise had to call out a confined spaces service at considerable expense).
