Gutters cleared and cleaned and broken downpipe fixed
I'm very pleased with Block Gutters Ltd and I highly recommend this company. I had my gutters cleaned last year and the team were courteous and tidy. I then noticed 2 days ago that a down-pipe had come apart underneath the gutter and contacted the owner, Kieran. He responded immediately and sent someone round today to fix it back for me - free of charge. While it was only a 5 minute task, It would not have been unreasonable for him to make a call-out charge - (as others probably would've done) so I'm very impressed by this customer service (which guarantees I will use them again).
