Scott who came out to find and repair a leak I had in my mains water pipe was brilliant. He wasted no time in digging down to where he thought the leak was and within hardly any time found the leaky joints which he then replaced with new ones. Throughout the whole process he was very polite and professional, keeping me informed the whole time which I really appreciated. Darryl and Toby came when they said. They listened and appreciated the urgency of the problem (my ageing mother had a leak in her kitchen).
