Fantastic service
I rarely leave reviews as good service these days is the exception but Neil and his son deserve the positive feedback and recommendations. I wouldn't call anyone other than clearflow drains for a drainage issue. Professional throughout, from the quick response time to the helpful advice on what to do next, I cannot fault them.

Blocked Drain/Blocked neighbours Drain
I had a blocked drain after being let down by a unprofessional drain engineer I called Clear Flow Drains, they came down as agreed and got to work, the issue was a neighbours manhole, they showed me exactly what the issue was and what they did to solve it. Clear Flow Drains gave me good advice on how to contact Seven Trent to get some compensation back as one of my neighbours was causing the issue. I would highly recommend Clear Flow Drains, very professional and plenty of years experience. I have uploaded some pictures of my neighbours drain it was one of worse they had seen.

Pipe blockage
I was really impressed with the team from Clear Flow Drains. They arrived on time, bright and early, and offered a fixed-rate, no-clearance–no-fee service. The issue turned out to be a piece of metal stuck to a bit of wood, but they quickly jetted it out and had the drain cleared within half an hour. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They got straight to work and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Clear Flow Drains — their prices were very competitive, especially compared to other quotes I received for weekend and day rates.

Cleared blocked drains
Everything about dealing with Clearflow Drains was smooth and easy from contacting via email (I hate phones!) to getting the work done, to paying. The engineers arrived in the time window they had promised to, they were friendly and efficient and did a great job of clearing up the mess as well as clearing the blockage. I would happily use their services again, their details are going in my list of reliable tradespeople.

Cleared blocked drains of tree-roots
Super quick and easy to deal with on the phone. It wasn't an emergency, but still offered same day service. Two guys turned up, super quick and efficient service. They ensured that all drain entry points were checked and cleared. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Decent price, excellent service. Would call them again in the future, no hesitation.
