New roof quote
3Verified ReviewInitial contact and replies over email were efficient. However there was a hiccup with arrangements for attendance to complete a quote, whereby a date was suggested, but there was no contact or follow up on the day. He has since attended, however has not provided a quote and its been over 2 and a half weeks. I chased and he acknoweldged and said he would send. I have chased a second time and there has been no reply. It would just be much more courteous to say you have no capacity than drag it out.
