Emergency weekend call out support
DS Locks arrived within an hour for a weekend call out following a very helpful telephone discussion and gave transparent pricing brackets depending on the issues found. Very helpful, resolved the issue quickly which included replacement parts, hinge realignment and mechanism greasing. Excellent communication throughout and offered advice on how to prevent the issue from recurring.
