Blocked drains
We rang Drain Hero urgently as we and our neighbours had block drains in our back gardens. He came promptly and assessed the situation and informed us that we should contact Southern Water. He said by contacting Southern Water we would not have to pay to have the drain unblocked. He said he could do the job but this would save us the cost. We were really surprised at his honesty as in this day and age there are so many ‘cowboys’ about. Great service

We offer a 24/7, 365 days a year service and are well equipped to attend emergency call outs whatever the weather. So if you've got a burst pipe and are in an isolated area, we can and will attend (as every Hero would!)
There is no call out charge, just a fixed half hourly rate with no VAT. We can also provide free no obligation quotations.
So whether you are a residential, a commercial or an industrial customer, we can offer you a complete drainage & plumbing service. No Job is too big or too small. From solving one off blockages to quarterly or annual service maintenance contracts, we can work to meet the needs of your requirements.
