Annual servicing of your unvented hot water cylinder (a requirement of the manufacturers).
Replacement of lead pipes, a survey of your supply pipelines, working towards backflow contamination, help locating an existing stopcock or installing new.

Our rate for small jobs is highly competitive, however we cannot give estimates/quotes on small jobs over the phone. There are too many factors, however what we can do is give you an honest service starting with a minimum call out rate.

Replacement of a radiator
Jamie was very efficient, punctual, personable and SO tidy in his work. This is judged from initial communication and his clear explanation of options for the job, through to completion of task and invoicing. I have no hesitation in recommending him. He will be my first port of call in future.
Radiator valve replacement
The plumber was great, came when he said he would, found the problem really quickly and went to buy the part so he could fit it on the same day. The place was left spotless. I’d also asked for some advice on another issue I was having, the plumber found that it wasn’t a plumbing issue but helped me with it anyway. The price was also really reasonable.
Replaced leaking tap
Excellent, courteous and prompt service from Jamie. Very helpful advice and guidance on tap choice and he immediately sourced it. Awaiting my bill but so far I have been very impressed. Problem diagnosed and sorted all within 20 hrs! Would highly recommend!
Removal of bathroom suite and reinstallation of toilet and basin

Fixed hot water heater

Refurb of existing ensuite shower room.
Jamie had previously worked on a family members new bathroom, so had no hesitation in requesting a quote and works to be carried out by him. Jamie was always on site when he said he would and helpful in suggesting material suppliers for tiles and shower tray etc. The work carried out was to a high standard and his pricing reasonable. Jamie was a very tidy tradesman, cleaning up site at the end of each day and provided floor protection in walk through areas. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie for Plumbing and Heating.
