Very frustrated about this. When I approached this trader I specifically said I wanted to FIX the squeaky floor boards. This was fixed in two bedrooms but was left even louder in the living room. I kept asking the “manager” to please have a look and see what else can be done- he said nothing can be done… so I ended with a nice looking very loud floor. At the end the person that did the job told me that the joists could’ve been fixed but at the beginning of the job but I didn’t ask for that specifically- as if I knew how to fix the floor myself! If I knew, I would’ve done it myself!!!!

They sanded a large through-room and did an impeccable job, working calmly and diligently and keeping the place amazingly clean and dust free. They fixed a wobbly floorboard with great care and skill, and left the room looking great

Excellent service. The team worked super hard and even on weekends to get our floors done before our baby arrived. Super professional and flexible to do some last minute changes I requested. Would for sure use again and would recommend highly.

From start to finish, I couldn’t fault this company. Communication was excellent throughout, prompt, clear, and efficient, and they were incredibly flexible in working around my schedule. Etmond was thoroughly professional and restored my original floorboards beautifully, carrying out repairs where needed and breathing new life into what I thought were tired, worn-out floors. The results are stunning. They were also respectful and considerate while working in my home, which made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend.

Floor-sanding.com did an excellent job sanding my bedroom floors, landing and stairs. They look amazing! The team were punctual and polite, and left the place remarkably clean and tidy each day. Would recommend - 5 stars.

Was very happy with the work carried out. Craftsman was polite, tidy and responsive to questions. The floorboards were scratched and broken in one room and covered in carpet in the other and now both rooms like a lot better and brighter.
