    Excellent

    I just had my windows and new composite door put in. The sales guy robert was brilliant and honest and did not pressure us. the surveyor then came out and was very efficient and friendly and he checked over my options. the fitters were Gary and Tommy, they were amazing so friendly and explained everything I needed to know, they were spotless, they cleaned everything after they finished. Scott in the office was funny and personable and answered any questions I had. I'm so happy with it all. thank you Focus windows.

    Very professional from start to finish with the work carried out within the timescales discussed.

    Absolutely delighted with my new doors and windows. The staff from Focus Windows NI were very professional and friendly with the work being carried out quickly and to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend the company to anyone.

    Window installation

    I never leave reviews but had to after a fantastic experience with Focus Windows NI! We had 4 old windows and sills replaced and are delighted with the quality of the job done. Communication was excellent and everything was delivered on time and to spec. Fitting was seamless and I was amazed how much the fitters were able to do all in one day. Highly recommended!

    Windows, Doors and Facia's

    The work was completed to a high standard and the team were extremely professional in their workmanship. Carl the Sales Director was excellent. Any questions were answered promptly and any issues sorted as soon as possible. I asked for a piece of stained glass from our old door to be fitted to the new one and they went out of their way to ensure this happened. I would highly recommend them. The windows and doors look amazing and the improvement in the heat level in the house is significiant. Patricia
