    John responded promptly to our cry for help, as we had a booking for this weekend. John is our "go to plumber" having used him for many years. None of the usual "tutting and sucking through teeth", as some tradesmen do! Came equipped with all he needed in his well stocked van. Voila, job done to usual high standard no mess or inconvenience! No hesitation in awarding John and his team 10:10 for this job; well deserved. More than that Johns previous work has shown it stands the test of time, with using durable products and coupled with impeccable workmanship!

    In his own inimitable style John turned up on the agreed date and time, to start work. As it was a sizable project and having used John over the past 7 years on various properties, we had no hesitation and left him to it and went on holiday! On our return, we were overwhelmed - our expectations were exceeded with Johns expertise and attention to detail. His suggestion to use shower panels and mastery in fitting them along with thermostatic valves was spot on. The workmanship was exemplary, all beautifully silicon sealed - perfect! "If Carlsberg made bathrooms, John would still surpass them"!

    A company who is there for the customer and not for greed. What a gentleman John was, he told us how to get more pressure out of our shower by changing our shower head and hose which he did for no charge. He didn't push an expensive shower system on to us, but showed us the easiest solution to our problem. Thank you John you truly are a gentleman.
