  Quick and Efficient

  The plumber Mike was cheerful, polite, and efficient. He diagnosed my fault even before he looked at the boiler. He then made the repair and checked all of the radiators before thanking me and getting on his way after only 20 minutes. Great Job, would definitely recommend.

  Brilliant service

  So grateful to Good Plumbing who fitted me in on the day I woke up to no heating or hot water having been quoted an appointment two weeks hence by my usual plumbing company. Michael came out to me at the end of a very busy day elsewhere, was polite, sorted the problem, and checked in with me the following morning to confirm that all was well. Am happy to recommend Good Plumbing.

  Exceptional service from start to finish! I recently had Good Plumbing fit an air conditioning unit in my bedroom, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Rachel and Nick in the office were fantastic—always picking up the phone right away and answering every single query I had with patience and professionalism. When I decided to make a late change to the drain pipe layout, it wasn't an issue at all; they sorted it out immediately without any fuss.   Recommended. A nice, no pressure house visit initially. This led to a very competitive quote, again without any follow up pressure. I had my air conditioning fitted over two days, Chris and Liam worked tirelessly, including until 8.30 on the Friday evening, when the temperatures got to 38 degrees through the day. No hidden surprises, the price was as quoted. Both very polite, cleaned as they worked, protected all the carpets and surfaces and explained everything as needed. This is the first time of using this company and cannot find fault

  Wonderful company providing excellent service throughout.

  When our old combi boiler decided to try and flood our kitchen on Bank Holiday weekend, Nick Gonzales response was immediate, reassuring and thorough. The new boiler was fitted within a few days expertly and efficiently by the lovely John, assisted by the equally lovely George. They tidied and cleaned everything after themselves and stayed to make sure everything was left perfectly. The price of everything was excellent, and their after care package should you wish to take it up is reasonable and effective. A great experience all round and we would recommend this company 100%.
