  The Greystoke team did my whole flat renovation a couple of years ago and when my boiler started playing up recently they came straight back round to fix the issue. So helpful and the whole team are lovely which always helps!

  Paul and his team are reliable, communicate well, are polite and respectful. He thinks laterally and no problem is insurmountable. Paul is professional, responsive and presents a reassuringly full quotation following his initial visit. There are no hidden extras that aren’t previously discussed. He is a great and fair supervisor and works hard on the front line with his team. We have no hesitation in recommending Greystoke Builders Ltd they not only live up to their reputation, but have maintained a high standard of work over the many years they have completed inside and outside work for us.

• Bathroom Refresh

  This is the second time I have used Greystoke Builders and will continue to use them for any building or related work. The first undertaking was for a kitchen extension and the second and most recent was for a bathroom refresh. On both occasions the work was of high quality, done in a timely manner and delivered by a friendly competent team. The customer service provided by Greystoke is outstanding and I would absolutely recommend using Paul and his team.

• Fit new kitchen

  The Greystoke Builders team fitted my new kitchen and also did various other bits of work in my downstairs cloakroom etc. From the estimate to carrying out the work the director Paul and his team were very courteous, very pleasant to deal with, very professional and left me with complete confidence that I was in good hands. The Greystoke team are very hard working multi skilled tradesmen and do their work to an exceptionally high standard. For all these reasons if I would need more work done in the future, I would definitely use Paul and his team again and I thoroughly recommend them.

• Stripped and re-fitted.

  Stripped and re-fitted downstairs lavatory and upstairs bathroom. From initial enquiry to final nut and bolt all went smoothly. Paul gave advice where necessary, the chaps doing the work were neat and tidy as can be. All done on time and to budget. Thouroughly recommended.
