Paul provided an itemised estimate for this work, and, upon our acceptance, gave us a start date to which they adhered. Paul and his team were unfailingly courteous, friendly and efficient, and the work was completed to our complete satisfaction in the predicted timeframe. They also came up with effective solutions to a couple of small issues, and made a point of tidying up as much as possible at the end of each afternoon. We recommend fully their services.

From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, skill, and a genuine commitment to quality. The craftsmanship of the work is outstanding. Every detail, from the tiling to the fixtures, was executed with precision and care as though it was there own home. The bathrooms now have a modern, elegant look that honestly exceeded my expectations. Additionally, they maintained a clean and organized work environment, which made the renovation process much more pleasant.

  Three years ago Greystoke Builders did some significant refurbishment work for me, to a very high and professional standard. There was a lot of work involved and a few weeks ago a couple of flooring tiles became loose. I informed Greystoke's who within a few days had repaired the work to the highest standard. There were no quibbles, or excuses, or any charges just a willingness to put the work right. All in all a most satisfactory experience.
