    New key safe installation

    Geoff responded promptly to initial contact and was reassuring and helpful. Turned up at the agreed time and was thorough and considerate. Fitted new key safe, explained use and gave tips. Helpful and kind in dealing with myself and my elderly Mum. Highly recommend him and his services.

    Lock Repair

    Geoff carried out an excellent repair of our uvpc back door locking mechanism. He was very punctual, professional and personable throughout. He also went above and beyond to ensure a timely repair, even travelling many miles to procure parts, enabling him to finish the job the same day. Highly recommend!

    Locks changed super quick. First class ervice.

    After my elderly mum's bag was stolen with her keys in, I needed her front door lock changed and new keys. I've used GRN Locksmiths before so I contacted Geoff and he was onsite within an hour. Locks were changed, several new sets of keys provided - he went above and beyond by also correcting the door alignment for easier deadbolt action. If you're looking for a locksmith in the area you've found the right person for the job. Couldn't ask for better service.

    Front Door

    Geoff responded very quickly to being called out to sort out a problem with front door lock. He was able to gain access and replaced locking mechanism with a temporary one before returning to replace the whole mechanism. He was very courteous and professional and communicated very well and cleaned up after himself. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I needed a locksmith.
