    I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Excellent service from start to finish! The team were friendly, professional and very efficient. They answered all of my questions, arrived on time, and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets – they look fantastic. Booking was quick and easy, the price was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated how reliable and courteous everyone was.     Nice, hardworking couple

    Happy with the curtain and carpet cleaning. But the kitchen floor when wiped immediately after they were done was still dirty. The tile floor in the conservatory is cleaner than it was but the chemicals used left white marks on the tiles which were quite hard to remove and are still faintly visible. When told GRS were suitably apologetic and offered to return and re-do the floors but we didn’t feel that was what we wanted. Unusually, we had to pay in full before the job was done and getting a receipt took a while! A company which provides a good service but this time, not to perfection.

    Reliable, fair quote and dis a good job.

    I was impressed by the speed in which Gareth got back to me following my enquiry. He came and collected the sofa cushions the day before and returned them beautifully clean and dry. He worked hard cleaning the carpets and the rest of the sofa and I am very pleased with the results.
