9Verified ReviewGenerally satisfactory but this year the Youth Opportunities person has been let loose on Marketing. Serviced the fire, identified a fairly basic part that needed replacing but announced they could only help with fitting a new fire. Not repairs. It would be down to me to find a specialist firm. (It would be down to me to find a new fire too instead of the £11.95 part) This was advised by adding a cryptic line hidden in the invoice, not when booking the work, nor by the fitter who was expecting to return. It's a good way of being unhelpful and not getting repeat business.

10Olly arrived within the time stated and serviced the boiler and did the required tests, he checked that the central heating was running and that non of the valves had stuck, then cleaned the Magnex unit. He also reset the times on the programmer. Good job.

2Verified ReviewThe engineer was professional and courteous, removed the component but was not able to fix when he visited. He took pictures of the faulty component and I was subsequently provided with a quote to fix the issue (replacement). I was expecting a significantly reduced charge for their visit to be included on the quote for remedial work. This was not the case. My advice would be to be very clear how much you will pay and for what if you decided to engage this company.
