Engineer came out to access appliance not working correctly. Was advised it wasn't worth spending money on repairing it. Was sent options for new appliance promptly. Once chosen, delivery was scheduled quickly - 2 days later. Would definitely recommend this company.

Leo was simply brilliant diagnosing the problem quickly and providing great useful advice with no unwarranted charges. Service response time was rapid/ call out charge was a reasonable £45 with notification the day before of times and by phone call on the day. Herne Bay Domestics are now our "go to" for all appliance repairs and future Appliance purchases
