  Heywood replaced a broken waste disposal unit. Tracy took all the details, gave us a quote and booked in the job. It was actually brought forward because of a cancellation. Paul arrived on time and installed the replacement efficiently and tidily.

• Great service across heating and plumbing

  We recently moved into a new property with multiple plumbing and heating issues that needed fixing. Heywood clearly itemised how the issues could be dealt with and each of the engineers and plumbers that visited were really friendly and courteous. I'd especially like to express gratitude to Paul who went out of his way to make good some muddled pipes and talk us through everything he'd fixed for us - thanks Paul!
