  JB Roofing were very good from the scaffolders to John and his team fixing my roof. They were highly professional and there was no hassle whatsoever. The work was carried out in a very efficient and polite manner. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to recommend them whenever I can.   My review of this roofing business is that they have provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend them. I live over 400 miles away from the roof they have repaired (my elderly father's house) but, upon a neighbour's recommendation, they gave me the best possible experience at a competitive price. They took photographs, clearly explained what was required, carried out the work in good time and then sent photographic evidence of the completed job. I'm delighted. Billie Jean, at the end of the email, has been so helpful too. First class all round.

  I've had an excellent experience with this roofer. They initially fixed our roof two years ago, and when a leak reappeared, they promptly returned to address the issue at no additional cost. Their communication is excellent, with an easy-to-reach secretary (Billie-Jean). What stands out is their reliability and punctuality.They were upfront about potential issues due to our roof's structure and found an efficient, cost-effective solution. They honoured the time garantee when an issue arose returning quickly to fix the problem. I have recommended them to many people and happy to recommend again

  Excellent communication from the first enquiry with Billie Jean. John advised the best way forward for our roofs, offering advice and gave an honest and reasonable quote for the work to be carried out. John and his team have done an excellent job on our roof and shed and we are more than happy with their workmanship. They were extremely courteous and friendly, arrived on time and left the area clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation recommending John and his team and would definitely use JB Good roofing again, should we need any other roofing work in the future.
