    John Biggs installed our underfloor heating, the hot & cold plumbing and the gas boiler in our house about 15 years ago. Since then he has regularly serviced the boiler each year and carried out the system maintenance. We have nothing but praise for his work over the years.

    The work was carried out thoroughly and John advised on matters for future attention regarding other plumbing issues. Have always found him extremely helpful, efficient and very tidy. Pricing fair. I have now required his help in one emergency - he was quick to respond and resolved the problem quickly - and other more routine matters. Excellent service.

    We booked John’s team to service our boiler, sort a leaky radiator valve and advise on the general state of things. John kept in touch and arrived as planned. As well as his very thorough and careful boiler service/checks/maintenance and clean radiator fix, he addressed minor issues as he found them and went above and beyond to check our system, answer questions and offer advice. This gentleman (and he is a gentleman) does not rush, instills great confidence in his expertise and clearly takes pride in his work. All for an extremely reasonable price. First class.

    John arranged for one of his team (Brandon) to check what the problem was. Unfortunately, the tenant had switched off the fuse spur to the boiler!!! Oh dear - said sorry for time wasting, but Brandon said no problem and was glad all was working - always use Biggs.
