  Absolutely delighted with what J Radford have done & the manner in which they did it. Very diligent and high quality. Reasonably priced. Honest, transparent communication throughout, including giving great ideas. All delivered on time & to budget. We used Radfords for a bathroom refurb in a previous property so went to them for this - total refurbishment of our new house including new bathrooms, rewire, plumbing and decoration. Plus a new extension. From start to finish Tom and the team were brilliant and we are loving our new home. Have already recommended them to loads of friends!!

• Block Built Garden Shed With BrickSlips

  This company works like a well oiled machine from start to finish. As soon as one trade had finished then next trade turned up to do the next bit. I could not fault their workmanship, reliability, tidiness and courtesy. I was given a time frame for schedule of works and clear and precise payment details of how payment was to be made prior to them starting works. All of the crew worked so hard, and believe I work from home so witnessed their efforts, somedays it was raining, some days it was blistering hot (well this is England). I 100% would recommend J Radford & Sons.

• Downstairs extension

  J radford and sons recently carried out a lower story extension and wet room for our child. From start to finish, the process was fantastic. They listened and provided everything I requested to the highest standard. Tom kept us informed every step of the way of the next phase. They were punctual, reliable and all round hard workers. The team ensured we felt comfortable and were a pleasure to be around whilst we were still in the property. I would highly reccomend J radford and sons to anyone! Thank you for all your hard work boys!

  This is the second time we used Tom and the team. Once more we were delighted with the high quality of workmanship including plastering, brickwork, plumbing, flooring and electrical. Good communication throughout process. The team listened to exactly what we wanted as well as giving helpful advice including suppliers. Highly recommended.

  Tom and his team were brilliant, professional yet friendly with great communication and time keeping. Tom was very helpfully whenever I had any questions or queries. The team were really respectful while in the property and left it in a clean state post finishing the work. • New boiler, radiators and toilet

  Our boiler and two radiators needed replacing, along with power flushing the system. We were very happy with the way Tom and his team carried out the work. Checking that all the radiators were heating up was particularly challenging for them in a heatwave!
