Poor customer service.

Often don't answer their phones. When I did get through, they took all my details regarding my request for a boiler service and told me I'd receive a call back. That was 2-3 days ago and I still haven't heard from them. Waste of time.

Gerry came and gave me a quote for a new boiler. I decided to use them, even though they were not the cheapest. I am vey happy I did. Clean, polite and happy to teach me all about the new boiler. I think he is helping one of my neighbours next week!
