    As a professional landlord, I have had cause to use this firm in two counties for jobs that were less than straightforward. In this latest job in Surrey, the firm attended quickly and kept me informed of the eta. They were called in when a firm appointed by a housing association proved wholly ineffective. Needless to say, Paul and his team solved the problem and provided a comprehensive report and photographic evidence as requested. They aim to exceed expectations and I cannot praise them enough. A service that is very rare to receive nowadays.

    Thames Water disputed a blockage was on their land, so JSD excavated my drain at the boundary so we could understand where the issue lay. They had a reasonably large job, excavated down around 5ft and provided me with indisputable evidence that the issue was with TW. TW has now agreed. I'm impressed with JSD and would not hesitate to recommend them.
