    Ghosted after saying he'd send a quote

    Lee came by to take some photos on a Monday, saying I'd have a quote via email by the weekend. No quote was received. I gave it another week then called (no answer) and texted a follow up, with no response. I called a few days later from a different phone and he answered and when I asked about the quote so we could get started, he asked what the quote was. I explained that he hadn't yet emailed me. He hung up and wouldn't answer. I dodged a bullet.

    Roof replacement

    The work was carried out efficiently and I was informed in advance of the possibility of extra costs if the tiles turned out to be asbestos. The team were courteous, friendly and tidied up completely after finishing. I would certainly recommend this firm.

    Wouldn't reccomend. Roofer showed up without a ladder than asked to come back following day at which I said yes and took an emergency day off work. He didn't show or reply to any calls or texts throughout that whole week until I let him know we had asked someone else recommended ..  he then responded "Who is it?" without any apology for the week of ignored texts and calls.  Do not trust..had but feeling and was right.Time wasted and lack of customer care.

    Roof repairs.

    Lee and his team were very polite and punctual. They had to put lead on my roof and sort out the ridge tiles for me. They also repaired my neighbours wall that was against my house, but slightly higher than mine. Just in case water was coming in from that side as well. This was not included in the price and not charged for this bit of work. Very good work and good team work as well. Great job.

    Work completed to a high standard, lead casing renewed. We’re able to fit us in ahead of scheduled date due to a cancellation. Pleasant and professional, disposed of old felt and cleaned area.
