House renovation - subcontractor for electrical, CCTV
EICR found numerous faults with many ‘potentially dangerous’. Incomplete work delayed kitchen install. Terrible housekeeping, slow pace. Paid 95% of original estimate for unfinished job. Later demanded almost 2.5 times original estimate. Refuses to itemise work performed. Repeatedly threatened legal action for more payment. Tried to prevent other contractor rectifying/completing electrical work. Withheld warranties. CCTV paid in full but took 4 months to complete. Withheld warranty as leverage for more payments. Referred to Trading Standards. Submitted complaint to regulatory body NICEIC.

Found electrical faults and changed sockets
Made the appointment was on time. Was very pleasant and polite. Found the faults explained what needed to be done and showed me the faulty devices. Did the job well and cleaned up after.
