Received quick and clear responses from the team allowing me to book the job within the same week. The electrician who attended was punctual and polite. He changed 2 spot lights and my bathroom exhaust in about half hour with no fuss or mess. The LES team, including those based in the office, are all very pleasant and helpful in their advice, and they helped me solve a few issues which arose. I felt comfortable having them working in my small flat, they were very tidy as they worked. It was a lot of work to do over two days but they worked hard to achieve this with good results.
