This was after we had an initial conversation and a visit in the flat to assess the contents, supply us with packing materials and agree on cost. The whole process went smoothly and with good collaboration on Malcolm’s part, with the building manager. That was so important. Job was finished on time, as Malcolm predicted and we even got some valuable tips regarding maintenance of various items. A hearty handshake and good wishes on both sides and I look forward to the opportunities of recommending Malcolm and his crew.
