    Fitted brackets to support chimney.

    I needed a chimney supported properly in a property I'm selling. Mark responded and completed the works professionally and was extremely clean and tidy. M Cole builders were very professional But most of all very trustworthy. No cowboys here. I left them alone to complete the work and never felt uncomfortable in doing so. Great work thanks Mark.

    Couldn’t be more happier with the work that Mark and Gary have done. Very polite and approachable and keeps you in the loop on decisions and what the status of certain situations are. Have already recommended them to family and friends and will try to use them again if I need any more improvements made.

    Mark was extremely professional from the first visit to give a quote right through to the finish of the job. Could not be happier with the extensive work carried out by him and Gary. Always punctual and went above and beyond to get our home finished as quickly as possible. Mark gives expert advice, we really needed that as complete novices to building work and renovations! He suggests things to suit your home. All were fitted to such a high standard,they are so meticulous to detail! We can't praise Mark and Gary enough! Definetely recommend to our family and friends!

    Mark and Gary. Extremely professional, honest, hard working and experienced. Something you definitely do not experience any more. From the first moment we met Mark for an initial quote to the moment Mark and Gary finished has been extremely positive. Not a single bad word. Always on time, working long days, cleaning away at days end, giving there opinions professionally as to further improvements, and most importantly for our job, making good witnessed bad electrical work by an electrician not brought in by Mark. Mark and Gary extended there stay on our job and rectified the work. Amazing.

    It’s hard to believe that builders like Mark still exist. He’s extremely well supported by Gary, his wonderful assistant, and all the tradesmen that collaborate with him for certain jobs (plumber, decorator, roofer…). The quality and look of his work is extraordinary, he always gives you excellent advice and finds the best solutions for everything, never cutting corners. This has been crucial in the current environment of constant price increases in building materials. It's been a pleasure seeing the team working around the house and experiencing the nice and productive ambience they create.

    Single story rear kitchen extension open plan to existing dining room. Utility room and shower room.

    Delighted with our new kitchen dining room, utility room and shower room.Mark,Gary and Dan are a great team, reliable, helpful and unflappable. Mark's advice on everthing from design to colour schemes was spot on. They also refurbished our bathroom and decorated the hall stairs and landing. I'm hoping they will come back and sort out the rest of the house before too long.

    Rectify Cracked Bay Window

    We contacted Mark as we had and issue with the our Bay Window where the render had cracked in several places and needed sorting out. Mark provided us with a fair quote in a timely fashion. Mark and Gary turned up at 8am each morning and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. This is our 2nd time of using Mark and his guys, friendly, polite and knowledgeable ... did a lovely job. Would definitely use again and would certainly recommend. Even taught me how to make proper strong Builder's tea ..... for next time!!
